Apple RDA Vape in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Apple in Bristol: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Apple is allowed to say
The honest read on apple: 7 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: apple in Bristol works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple RDA really costs in Bristol
We run apple the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested apple in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where apple goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.58 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for apple in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
How long does apple in a RDA last?
In Bristol we measured 2 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
