Blackcurrant box mod Vape in Bristol: the review shortlist
Blackcurrant in Bristol: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run blackcurrant the same way in Bristol: same box mod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.44 per 10 ml.
The short version: blackcurrant in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blackcurrant box mod really costs in Bristol
A blackcurrant box mod from the reviewed options in Bristol costs about £3.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested blackcurrant in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long blackcurrant in Bristol survives.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for blackcurrant in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
