What a blackcurrant disposable vape really costs in Bristol
Blackcurrant in Bristol reaches the shelf in disposable vape formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested blackcurrant in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Frequently asked questions
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
How much does a disposable vape cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus £59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.05 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
