The short version: candy in Bristol works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy nicotine salt bottle really costs in Bristol
A candy nicotine salt bottle from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £2.11 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested candy in a nicotine salt bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.11 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
