If you are looking at caramel in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: caramel in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Bristol
A caramel box mod from the compared options in Bristol costs about £1.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Treating the advertised £42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.69 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
