Citrus squonk mod Vape in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Citrus in Bristol: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a squonk mod for citrus
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.61 per 10 ml.
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: citrus in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus squonk mod really costs in Bristol
A citrus squonk mod from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £1.61 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised £30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.61 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for citrus in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
