Grapey mesh tank Vape in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Grapey in Bristol: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
A grapey mesh tank from the discounted options in Bristol costs about £2.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.49 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey mesh tank really costs in Bristol
The honest read on grapey: 9 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.49 per 10 ml liquid plus £51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is grapey legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
