Plum in Bristol: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Plum pod kit here
If you are looking at plum in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A plum pod kit from the compared options in Bristol costs about £3.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum pod kit really costs in Bristol
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.36 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.36 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Bristol survives.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
How long does plum in a pod kit last?
In Bristol we measured 2 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
