Ordering Vape to Bristol: the practical version
We run vanilla the same way in Bristol: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Vanilla starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla starter kit really costs in Bristol
We run vanilla the same way in Bristol: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested vanilla in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.99 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.99 per 10 ml liquid plus £56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
